What Is Insomnia?
Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person experiences
poor sleep or has trouble sleeping.
Insomnia can involve:
1) Difficulty falling asleep
2) Difficulty staying asleep
(that is, waking up many times during the night),
without necessarily having had any difficulty falling asleep
3) Waking up too early in the morning
4) Not feeling refreshed after a night's sleep

my weekends spent was hokay

my weekends wont be spending wif e babylove

saturday noon met babylove under my blk
den proceed to tamp interc to collect his spect

den had our breakfast cum lunch at century square food court
& back home..
babylove was too tired la i cn see
not enuff sleep..

later part in e evening went to ttsh wif e family
visit bapak..
he's getting well as days pass

he's in stable condition now
